What the Cell does
Established for gender equality and gender justice in everything the institution does, the Cell is responsible for looking into any gender-related issue.
- It makes students aware of their legal rights, their safety and their health, through seminars and lectures by eminent speakers.
- It helps students build careers of their own choosing, with expert counselling.

Grievance Redressal Cell
The Cell exists to make everyone at PMC Tech approachable and accountable, so that the institution stays a harmonious place to learn and work.
How a grievance is handled

The grievance committee reviews every case and acts under the institution’s policy.

Its report goes to the Principal for further action.

Corrective action is taken, and recorded in the register.
