PMC Tech is guided by the management of the group of institutions its founder established. Here are the founder, and the Chairman, Secretary and Trustee who guide the group today, each in their own words.

An institution should not only teach what the world knows today; it should give its students the confidence to learn, question and build what the world needs tomorrow.
When we began PMC Tech in 2002, our ambition was simple: to create an institution where young people could receive a strong education, discover their potential and prepare themselves for a changing world.
Over the years, that ambition has grown with the institution. Technology has changed rapidly, industries have evolved, and the expectations placed on young engineers have changed with them. I believe an educational institution must evolve just as continuously. What we teach today must give our students the foundation to keep learning tomorrow.
At PMC Tech, we therefore place equal importance on knowledge, character and the ability to apply what one learns. Our students should not leave here with only a degree. They should leave with confidence in their abilities, respect for the people and communities around them, and the willingness to take on difficult problems.
We have built PMC Tech with this belief at its heart. As we look ahead, our responsibility is not simply to keep pace with technology, but to help our students participate in shaping what comes next. I hope every student who passes through these doors finds the opportunity, encouragement and education to make a meaningful difference — in their profession, in their community and in the world.
Where it began
- 1996 The group is founded Under the Er. Perumal Manimekalai Telugu Minority Educational and Charitable Trust.
- 2002 The college opens Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering.

The world our students will enter is changing quickly. A strong technical foundation is important, but so are curiosity, communication, adaptability, integrity and the confidence to keep learning. These qualities will stay with you long after your examinations are over.

Since our beginning in 2002, PMC Tech has grown into a diverse academic community of students, faculty and staff. With that growth comes a responsibility to continually strengthen the environment in which our students learn, work and grow.
