How it works
How a drive runs
The Institute–Industry Interaction Cell, the placement team and the training team support every student step by step, from the first career plan to the company’s hiring decision.
-
Career guidance
Advice tailored to each student on the path that suits them — core engineering, IT or government service — and the support to follow it.
-
Skill training
Thorough preparation: mock interviews, group discussions, case-study analysis, workshops and soft-skill training.
How students are trained -
Pre-placement talk
On the scheduled date the company introduces itself and the roles it is hiring for — after an awareness session that helps students know the company well.
-
Assessment tests
Online or written tests, in computer laboratories that can test 300 students at once.
-
Discussion & interview
Structured group discussions and personal interviews, in fully equipped rooms.
-
Final selection
Results and offers confirmed on the recruitment day itself, or followed up promptly with the company’s HR.
